2010-04-12 Phil Roache Joins USGC to Develop New Business
Mr. Phil Roache has joined USGC to promote new business development in the Federal Government sector. Phil brings to USGC over 27 years experience working in with the Federal Government. His last 25 years of Federal experience was with the General Services Administration’s GSA), Federal Supply Service (FSS). During the last 13 years with GSA, he had total responsibility for the management of the Federal Supply Service’s Information Technology (IT) Support Services Contract in the Office of the CIO.
 
2009-08-17 USGC, Inc. Awarded $22 Million Contract
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: ANNAPOLIS, MD) August 17, 2009 -- USGC, Inc., a woman-owned small business, announced today that it was awarded a contract by the Navy Military Sealift Fleet Support Command (MSFSC) to provide Human Resources (HR) support services to assure the effective and efficient operation of MSFSC HR functions. USGC will support MSFSC locations in Norfolk, VA, Freehold, NJ and San Diego, CA and will operate the Civilian Mariner Support Center out of a USGC facility in Norfolk, VA. USGC’s role is to support MSFSC in maintaining total force and HR readiness; to prepare an afloat workforce capable of meeting MSFSC readiness requirements and support a Human Capital strategy that ensures the right people with the right skills are provided to the right place for the right work, at the right time. 2009-08-01 USGC Announces Record Revenues for 2008
USGC, an emerging leader in providing professional and technical services and support to the government defense, civilian, homeland security and intelligence community, today announced financial results for its fiscal year ending December 31, 2008. The privately-held company posted record revenues for the year. USGC experienced 104% growth in total revenues year-over-year from 2007 to 2008. Since 2004 , the company has averaged a 23% Compound Annual Growth Rate in revenues. At present, the firm has a backlog of ten times annual revenue. In addition to delivering strong financial results in 2008, USGC has begun to be recognized by numerous third-parties for its market leadership. 2009-06-29 Joe Keefe Tapped to Lead USGCs Future Growth
USGC is pleased to announce that effective June 29, 2009, Mr. Joe Keefe, Colonel, USAF (Ret.) has joined USGC, Inc. as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Joe brings more than 30 years of experience to this position, along with an in-depth knowledge of our customers' current and future needs in such areas as program management, acquisition support, systems engineering, information technology integration and support services, and in particular the needs of the intelligence community. In past service at Computer Sciences Corporation, Joe led the capture of over $1.5 Billion of new business in the United States government market. As EVP and COO of USGC, Joe will support the CEO and President to effectively manage USGC's corporate operations, and will personally lead USGC's future growth through new business and program development.
 
2009-05-01 USGC Taps Mark Lovingood as Vice President
USGC has announced that Mr. Mark Lovingood has been appointed Vice President of USGC, effective May 1, 2009. Mark brings 30 years of experience programmatic and corporate management and business development including IT management and operational services, systems integration, software development, information security, and intelligence and counterintelligence analysis support. In the past at Computer Sciences Corporation, Mark served clients at the Department of Defense, National Security Agency, State Department, Defense Intelligence Agency, U.S. Air Force, and U.S. Army at domestic and international locations. In this role, Mark will support the CEO, President and COO in managing corporate and program operations, and in developing new business through marketing, proposal development, and organic growth of current contracts.

USGC has announced that effective March 1, 2009, Dr. Andrew Koslov has joined USGC as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Andrew is an information technology thought leader and subject matter expert with over 20 years of experience managing and implementing complex technology solutions for government and commercial clients. Andrew brings to USGC deep technical expertise, industry leading vision, and a broad technology background in federal government enterprise architecture, systems and infrastructure engineering, management consulting, business intelligence, content management and GIS technologies. Andrew’s experience includes a wide variety of systems including consular systems for the State Department, as well as financial, health, and real estate management systems in the federal arena.

2008-10-07 USGC, Inc. Awarded 5 Year DIA Subcontract
USGC, Inc. has received the award of a new subcontract from CACI International, Inc. under CACI's Defense Intelligence Agency - Solutions for Intelligence Analysis (SIA) Contract. The entire SIA program has a total estimated ceiling value of $1 billion. The prime contract is a five-year indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity task order contract. The new work expands USGC's capabilities to provide support in the critical military intelligence analysis arena managed by the DIA and executed by regional and functional combatant commanders. Under the SIA program, USGC can provide the Department of Defense Intelligence Community with a responsive, efficient, and reliable means to satisfy requirements for intelligence analysis and related services. Services will meet the full range of defense intelligence requirements in 29 functional mission areas, including global and regional terrorism, WMD programs and proliferation, counterintelligence, strategy and doctrine, and joint force requirements. The subcontract allows USGC to offer intelligence analysis services across the intelligence analysis cycle, including collaboration and dissemination of finished intelligence products to DoD policymakers, combatant commands, and warfighters aloft, afloat, and in the field.
